Laidre is a Sydney builder, established in 2010 and based in Rozelle. We do commercial and hospitality fit-outs, heritage restoration, design and construct (D&C) and aged care refurbishment across NSW.
Someone is always on the other side of the hoarding
Most of our jobs happen in buildings that stay open. Office tenants still need the bathrooms on their floor. A restaurant has a booking sheet and an opening date. A heritage pub has a heritage architect checking every detail. A resident in an aged care home needs her room back as soon as the floor is down.
So we plan the job around the people in the building. Noisy work goes early or after hours. Paths stay clear. Building and village managers hear from us before the trades turn up, and one person on our side takes your calls.
At 25 Martin Place we upgraded all the amenities for Dexus while thousands of people kept using the tower every day. At Whiddon's home in Narrabri, the resident in Room 28 was back in her own room the day her new floor went down. At Manors of Mosman we refurbished the service corridors on levels one and two while they stayed in use, keeping residents, staff and the lunch run moving safely the whole time.

About us
Rozelle builders since 2010
We're a Sydney team of project managers, site managers and estimators working out of 48 Robert Street, Rozelle. Dylan Flood is our Director and Matt Guillaumier is our General Manager. We back each other, we own our work, and the faces you meet on day one are the ones who hand over your keys.

Who is Laidre?

What kind of buildings does Laidre work in?
Mostly ones people are still using while we work. Can you work while our building stays open?
Yes, it's most of what we do. We stage the job, do the noisy work early or after hours, keep paths clear, close out fire isolations every day, and tell the building or village manager what's coming before the trades arrive.
Is Laidre licensed and certified?
Yes. NSW company builder's licence 454197C. We're certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (health and safety) through Citation Certification.
