DYLAN FLOOD – Building, Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineer.

With his structural and civil engineering background and fifteen years of construction experience both locally and across Europe, Dylan leads from the front providing clients guidance as to the buildability of proposed works, cost / budget management and programme advice in consultation with the project team.  Not content to cede site management to sub-contracted trades, Dylan will often be found managing projects from front-end feasibility stage to the onsite coordination of consultants, trades and relevant authorities to ensure successful project completion each and every time. 

Working across both the public and sectors and various industries, Dylan pulls together his experience from being part of the project team responsible for the Dublin port tunnel to heading up the construction of the new Hutchison Ports Sydney Container Terminal head office to ensure every client’s vision is realised in the most cost efficient and timely manner possible.

Dylan is passionate about sustainable construction processes, continually undertaking study of both local and international advances in design, manufacture and on site building practices.

 

CHONA NAVARRO – Project Director / Tenancy Coordination Specialist

Having provided Project & Construction Management services for both large-scale multi-national property consultancies and directly for clients, Chona possesses impressive project experience and management skills.  Chona has eleven years of construction industry experience, with a focus on retail – both greenfield centre development, redevelopment of existing centres and retail tenancy fitout coordination.  Previous clients have included major Retail & Commercial landlords and financial institutions, all of whom readily provide glowing testimonials.

 

NIALL BYRNE – Civil, Structural & Environmental Specialist

Over a decade in construction, Niall has continuously demonstrated an ability to deliver projects from conception through to successful completion in a timely manner whilst ensuring the highest standards in safety, environment and quality. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who has gained valuable experience working a wide variety of projects ranging from industrial, commercial & residential building, demolition and remediation to large-scale civil infrastructure and mining infrastructure projects.

Niall has shown adaptability, working in different jurisdictions from major cities such as Dublin, London, Sydney to rural locations such in South Australia, Queensland and Victoria whilst engaging with a variety of project stakeholders such as the EPA, Housing NSW, BHP Billiton, NSW Ports, local councils, Project Certifiers and the Department of Planning. In addition, he provides clients with specialist advice and client side project management services for civil construction and remediation projects.

 

RUTH KEALY – Architectural & Interior Design Specialist

Ruth is a results focused property professional with in excess of 14 years’ experience in the areas of architecture, sustainability, interior design, asset management and development. She is focused on achieving the right result for her client in a timely and cost effective manner and is capable of managing multiple projects to successful completion.

 Ruth’s experience spans various areas of the property industry and she is adept in the due diligence, feasibility analysis, design, procurement, construction and handover of a range of developments and capital works.

She has worked across a range of development types including multi-unit residential and mixed use, industrial, aged care, tertiary institutions and retail developments. She has engaged with numerous stakeholders including Land and Housing Corporation, the Mark Moran Group and various councils.
