LAIDRE comprises of a dedicated team of construction professionals who boast cutting edge industry experience and can-do attitudes to ensure no problem is without a solution to achieve the outcomes our clients desire.

DYLAN FLOOD – Building, Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineer.

With his structural and civil engineering background and fifteen years of construction experience both locally and across Europe, Dylan leads from the front providing clients guidance as to the buildability of proposed works, cost / budget management and programme advice in consultation with the project team.  Not content to cede site management to sub-contracted trades, Dylan will often be found managing projects from front-end feasibility stage to the onsite coordination of consultants, trades and relevant authorities to ensure successful project completion each and every time.

Working across both the public and sectors and various industries, Dylan pulls together his experience from being part of the project team responsible for the Dublin port tunnel to heading up the construction of the new Hutchison Ports Sydney Container Terminal head office to ensure every client’s vision is realised in the most cost efficient and timely manner possible.

Dylan is passionate about sustainable construction processes, continually undertaking study of both local and international advances in design, manufacture and on site building practices.

David Tinker - Project Manager

David has 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry. He has been involved extensively in all phases of project management and delivery, working on a range of small renovation projects as well as large commercial site management.

After putting down the foundation for his career in building with a carpentry and joinery accreditation, David quickly began work as carpenter on a $1.5 million housing project with Trussted Building and Carpentry.

In 2014 David decided to take a leap and started his own carpentry business. Here he developed his business acumen and solidified his knowledge of stakeholder management.

Armed with tangible construction experience and a solid understanding of business management David made the move into commercial site management with OMG Projects and ATG Projects that saw him work on restaurants in Chifley Tower and upgrades in Strathfield Shopping Centre.

As a Project Manager with Laidre Group, David strives to strike a balance between delivering high-end projects and sustainable building practice by providing sustainable recommendations for refurbishment projects at every opportunity.

David’s drive and passion for the wider community has seen him volunteer in several development projects up at home and internationally. Including the renovation of a women’s refuge centre in Sydney and construction of a primary school and a health clinic in Papua New Guinea.

Mathew Stackpool - Site Manager

Laidre’s Site Manager Mathew Stackpool is a solutions-focused professional striving for sustainable practice in refurbishments through repair solutions and reuse of materials.

Starting his career as an accredited carpenter and builder, Mathew’s aptitude for problem solving saw him move seamlessly into the project home sector. For six years in the sector he exercised his propensity for problem solving and relationship building and made the natural transition into premium residential building with Pimas Gale.

Mathew’s enthusiasm for challenging projects pushed him into high end residential renovations working on award-winning architecturally designed houses.

His passion and practical experience isn’t limited to large-scale building projects; Matthew has showcased his craftsmanship and dedication to sustainable practice by designing and building bespoke joinery and furniture using reclaimed materials.
